System Training
Remote or on site: structured training for operation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting on ART tracking systems.
System Training provides structured knowledge transfer for operators, technicians, and system administrators.
Unlike technical support, training is not focused on resolving a single specific support case. Its purpose is to help participants understand system operation, configuration, and basic diagnostic and troubleshooting methods.
Remote System Training
- up to 4 hours
- maximum 5 participants
- delivered by video conference and, where appropriate, remote desktop connection
Typical topics include operating principles, components, software operation, camera and system status, projects, targets and bodies, visibility and tracking volume, status messages, updates, preparing support information, basic troubleshooting, and standard interfaces — with practical exercises on the customer's system where technically feasible.
Best suited for: Small teams that want structured system knowledge without travel.

On-site System Training
- up to 8 working hours
- maximum 10 participants
- at the customer's operating location
Covers Remote Training topics plus hands-on exercises on the installed system: visibility, coverage, occlusions, reflections, and unsuitable environmental conditions.
Best suited for: Teams that want hands-on training in their own installation and operating environment.

Training is different from support
Technical support addresses a specific question, problem, or changed requirement. A Premium Support session may include explanations relevant to the current case, but it does not replace structured system training.
Training is different from commissioning
System Setup & Commissioning is intended to bring a system into an operational state. Training teaches participants how to operate and understand the system. Brief explanations during commissioning are part of commissioning work, not equivalent to structured training.
Preparing for training
All intended participants should be available for the agreed training period; content will not be repeated for late or absent participants. Required systems, software, network access, and workstations should be available before the scheduled training begins.
Detailed scope: General Support Conditions (PDF) — all service PDFs.
